Payment

Payment methods

You pay securely at the checkout of our payment provider Stripe. The available payment methods are shown at checkout before you pay.

• Card. Visa and Mastercard. The amount is charged when you complete the purchase.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay. Shown at checkout if your device and browser support it.
• Klarna. Klarna's terms apply to Klarna's payment methods, and Klarna may carry out a credit check. You can see the options Klarna offers at checkout.
• Swish. Swish via Stripe is offered when it is activated, and is then shown at checkout.
• Pay on pickup. Choose Pick up in Mörlunda and Pay on pickup. The flea market has not opened yet (it is planned to open in early 2027), so we will get in touch and agree on a time for pickup. You pay when you pick up, and we will tell you which payment methods are available on site when we agree on the time.

Vintago never sees or stores your card details. They are handled by Stripe.

Prices

All prices are in Swedish kronor including VAT and are final prices. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

When is the payment complete?

Your order is paid when Stripe has approved the payment. You will then see an order confirmation on the screen. If the payment does not go through, or if you cancel, the reservation is released and no order is created.

Reservation for pickup

If you choose to pay on pickup, we hold the items for you for 7 days. If you do not pick them up within that time, the items go back to the shop. If no time suits you, get in touch and we can often sort it out.

Receipt

If you pay online in the online shop, a receipt is sent to your email by our payment provider Stripe. If you have not received the receipt, email info@vintago.se with your order number and we will send it. If you pay on pickup, you get a receipt then.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the same payment method you used, normally within 14 days. Klarna and card issuers may need a few extra banking days before the money shows up.
