These terms apply when you shop in Vintago's online shop as a consumer. Read them together with the pages Payment, Shipping, Returns and complaints and Privacy policy.
Almost everything we sell is second-hand, and every item is unique. We describe condition, dimensions, markings and known flaws as carefully as we can in text and pictures. Please look at all the pictures and ask us if anything is unclear before you buy.
Second-hand items normally show wear from previous use, for example scratches, abrasion, faded colours, patina or small chips. Such normal wear is not considered a defect. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
Older electrical items, for example lamps and radios, are sold as collectibles in the condition stated in the listing. We state in the listing whether the item has been tested and how. Feel free to ask us before buying if you want to know more about condition and function.
All prices are in Swedish kronor including VAT and are final prices. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay. No other fees are added by Vintago. For deliveries to Norway, Norwegian VAT, customs duty and a recipient fee may be added, see Shipping.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If that happens, we will contact you before anything is sent, and you can choose whether to buy at the correct price or get your money back.
The contract is concluded when the payment has been approved and you have received an order confirmation on the screen. If you choose to pay on pickup, the contract is concluded when you receive the confirmation of the reservation.
Since every item exists in only one copy, it is reserved when you proceed to payment. If you cancel the payment, the reservation is released and the item goes back to the shop.
You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna via our payment provider Stripe. Swish via Stripe is offered when it is activated and is then shown at checkout. You can also choose to pick up the item in Mörlunda and pay on pickup. Read more under Payment.
We ship within Sweden and to Norway, Denmark and Finland. You can also pick up your order in Mörlunda by arrangement. The flea market has not opened yet and is planned to open in early 2027. Price, delivery time and what applies to large items are described under Shipping.
If we cannot deliver on time, we will let you know. If you have not received the item within 30 days of the order and we have not agreed on anything else, you have the right to cancel the purchase and get your money back.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act when you shop in the online shop. The withdrawal period starts the day after you received the item. The easiest way to withdraw is via Withdraw from purchase, or by emailing or calling us. The full procedure is described under Returns and complaints.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases you make directly at the flea market without an order in the online shop.
You have the right to complain about defects in the item under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act for three years from when you received it. Notify us within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect. If you notify us within two months, it is always considered timely. Normal wear that has been described, or that can be expected given the item's age and price, is not a defect. Read more under Returns and complaints.
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Read more in our privacy policy.
Contact us first, and we will solve it together. If we cannot agree, you as a consumer can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. Vintago follows ARN's recommendations.
If you live in another EU country, you can get free advice from Konsument Europa (the European Consumer Centre in Sweden), www.konsumenteuropa.se. If you live in Norway, you can turn to Forbrukerrådet. You can also turn to a general court.
Swedish law applies to the purchase. You nevertheless keep the protection that mandatory consumer laws in your home country give you.
We are not liable for delays or obstacles caused by something we cannot influence, for example strikes, extreme weather, fire, serious disruptions at carriers or decisions by authorities. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as we can.
We may change the terms. The terms that applied when you placed your order always apply to your purchase.
