This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Swedish version applies.
When you shop in the online shop, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. You do not need to give a reason. The withdrawal period starts the day after you received the item.
We refund what you paid for the item and the original shipping as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we received your notice that you are withdrawing from the purchase. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown that you have sent it. The money is refunded to the same payment method you used.
If you have withdrawn from only part of an order, we do not refund the shipping, as it is still needed for the rest.
You may examine the item in the same way as in a shop. If the item has been handled more than that, or damaged, we may make a deduction corresponding to the loss in value.
You have the right to complain about defects in the item under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act for three years from when you received it. Notify us within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect. Within two months is always considered timely.
A defect is, for example, that the item does not match the description or the pictures, that it has a flaw we did not tell you about, or that it is in worse condition than you could have expected based on the description, age and price.
Second-hand items normally show wear. Scratches, patina, abrasion and fading that have been described, or that can be expected given the item's age and price, are not defects.
Email info@vintago.se with your order number, a description of the defect and preferably pictures. We will reply as soon as we can. If we accept the complaint, we pay for the return shipping. Since every item is unique, we usually cannot replace it with an identical one, so we primarily offer a refund or a price reduction.
