This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Swedish version applies.
The shipping price applies per order, regardless of how many items you buy, and is shown at checkout before you pay.
We pack every item carefully, preferably in reused packaging, and ship it trackably to a pickup point near you. You receive tracking information when the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
We normally ship within 3 working days of your order. The transport itself then usually takes 1–3 working days within Sweden and 2–6 working days to the rest of the Nordic countries. If the delivery time falls outside this, we will let you know.
Furniture and other large, heavy or very fragile items cannot always be sent as parcels. This is then stated on the product page. You pick up such items in Mörlunda by arrangement, or you contact us and we will work out a shipping price before you buy.
Norway is outside the EU. For deliveries to Norway, Norwegian VAT, customs duty and a fee from the carrier may be added. You pay these to the carrier or customs when the parcel arrives.
Choose Pick up in Mörlunda at checkout. The flea market has not opened yet (it is planned to open in early 2027), so pickup takes place by arrangement. We will get in touch and agree on a time, and we hold your order for 7 days. The address is Präststigen 6, 577 75 Mörlunda.
Check the parcel when you collect it. If the parcel is visibly damaged, tell the pickup point and ask them to make a note of it. Feel free to take photos of the packaging and the item, and contact us as soon as you can at info@vintago.se, and we will help you. Your rights in case of defects are described under Returns and complaints.
If you do not collect the parcel, it is returned to us. If you have not withdrawn from the purchase, we may deduct our actual costs for shipping there and back from the refund.
